1. All items are BRAND NEW condition AND 100% AUTHENTIC.I only sell what I would like to buy for myself& my baby.

2.For PRE-ORDER item,deposit is needed to prevent back buyer and it will take 2-4 weeks to reach prospective buyer (it takes some times to reach Malaysia from US/UK..dealing with custom etc)

3. Please remit the payment on or before the agreed due date. Otherwise I will put back the reserved items for sale

4.Items sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. So, please do ask questions to avoid misunderstandings and dissatisfactions.

5.. Mybabyhaven is not responsible for any loss or damage during the process of delivery.However I'll try my best to ensure that you'll receive the item safe & sound.
