MyBabyHaven ships via POSLAJU or courier service such as SKYNET or CITYLINK.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges unless stated "free shipping".
All ordered items will be carefully checked, well packed & shipped into one package. We usually shipped within 2-3 working days once payment is cleared, and will notify via email/sms the tracking information when the items are sent. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incurred during post service provider delivery & handling. The typical delivery time by the post service providers is 1-3 working days depends on location.

Return Policy
1)Any return must be made within 2 days of receiving the item
2)The shipping charge & associated cost borne solely by the buyer
3)All return must be in original condition with original tag/box/label and unwashed/undamaged/unworn otherwise return will not be accept
